Quality Inspection
Ensure the footwear or accessory is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all House Of Vian security tags intact.
Package Collection
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address at a time convenient for you.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and verifying the item at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
